This makes it impossible to sell your book via Amazon (they don't allow you to sell your book elsewhere if you want to sell it on Amazon).

Does anyone have an idea how to reach as many potential buyers as we could have sold via Amazon? I am concerned that if I want to sell the book on my own I could never reach millions of potential buyers. What do you think?
